What We Collect

We collect account identifiers such as email, authentication provider IDs, profile fields you enter, chat messages, dashboard records, journal entries, private stacks, billing state mirrored from web providers, support messages, device/browser diagnostics, and usage analytics.

Health-Adjacent Content

PepTutor may process health- or fitness-adjacent information you choose to enter, including goals, compounds, symptoms, labs, training context, and monitoring notes. This information is used to provide research context and product functionality, not to diagnose or treat.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate you, provide chat and dashboard features, preserve continuity across sessions, enforce billing gates, improve reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Processors

PepTutor uses infrastructure and service providers including Supabase, Vercel, web billing processors, Fireworks for chat model hosting, Voyage for embeddings, and Exa or similar search providers for research workflows. Provider use may change as the product evolves.

Your Choices

You can request support, account deletion, or data questions at support@peptutor.net. Account deletion is available from account settings.

Retention And Security

We retain account data while your account exists and for limited operational, legal, abuse-prevention, or backup windows after deletion. We do not sell personal data. Service-role credentials stay server-side only.
